GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL (GRC):
The Grievance Redressal Cell of VPT is established to support students by promptly addressing their academic, administrative, and personal concerns. The cell provides a transparent and student-friendly platform where issues can be raised and resolved in a fair and timely manner, helping students progress confidently in their educational journey.
Objectives

To provide students with a safe and open forum to present their grievances without fear or hesitation.

To maintain regular interaction with students in order to understand their expectations and concerns.

To ensure that every complaint is examined and resolved through a fair, unbiased, and time-bound process.

To promote a healthy and respectful environment among students as well as between students and faculty.

Functions and Responsibilities

To establish an effective mechanism for receiving grievances while maintaining confidentiality and anonymity of the complainant whenever required.

To categorize grievances based on their nature and urgency and forward them to the appropriate authority for prompt action.

To monitor the redressal process and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

To organize awareness programmes for students, faculty, and staff to make them more responsive and sensitive to student grievances.
